The method comprises the steps of setting echo intensity of an ultra high frequency (UHF) handheld machine; sending an ID reading request to at least one UHF IC card; assembling different UHF IC cards on different vehicles loaded with food; receiving an ID returned from the at least one UHF IC card according to the echo intensity; respectively sending data reading requests to the UHF IC cards corresponding to the IDs with regard to each received ID; binding the ID of the UFH IC card and grain data when the grain data returned from the UHF IC card is received, and performing identification; and respectively performing data writeback on the UHF IC cards corresponding to the IDs with regard to each received ID.
