A related access control system, a monitoring system and an elevator system are applied to the method, wherein the monitoring system comprises a monitoring host computer. The method comprises the following steps: performing identity identification on a user through the access control system; recognizing the identity of the user and the reachable floor by the access control system, and sending information to the monitoring host computer; if the floor calling information about the reachable floor of the user sent by the elevator system is received by the monitoring system, closing the once authority for entering from the staircase on the floor, alarming by the monitoring system if confirming that people enter the floor through the staircase, and meanwhile, displaying the image and the staircase image recognized by the access control system; and if the monitoring system does not receive the floor calling information sent by the elevator system, sending no alarm by the monitoring system if confirming that people enter the floor through the staircase. The method can further screen the suspicious personnel using the elevator so as to promote the staircase safety.
