Thus, in need of network element configuration, the to-be-configured network element is acquired automatically, the clock parameter is automatically generated according to the configuration requirement and the operating state of each network element, the clock parameter is downloaded to the network element, intelligent configuration of network element clock source and time source resources is realized, clock source resource configuration of each network element port does not need to be manually carried out, configuration of all clock source resources is automatically completed by software in one time, and the problem that the existing clock parameter needs manual configuration is solved.
