The method comprises the following steps that: firstly, adopting a random greedy strategy to construct an initial junction station site selection and distribution scheme; from the initial scheme, searching a neighbourhood based on junction station and non junction station exchange to determine an optimal junction station site selection; and in an exchange neighbourhood search process, in order to avoid repeated search, adopting a probability tabu search strategy to make an effective improvement on a traditional tabu object and a traditional ban lifting mechanism. On the basis of a situation that the junction station site selection is determined, the neighbourhood based on non junction station movement is subjected to deep search, and optimal junction station distribution is determined. By use of the method, an optimal junction station site selection and distribution scheme in a large-scale hub-and-spoke logistics network is determined in acceptable time, and good economic benefits are obtained.
