The method comprises the following steps that a system resource pool matched with the dependency resource type of a software assembly is selected to be adopted as a matched resource pool; a resource is selected from the matched resource pool as a comparison resource, capability attributes of the comparison resource are compared with dependency capability attributes of the software assembly; when the capability attributes of the comparison resources meet the dependency capability attribute requirement of the software assembly, health cost attribute evaluation is performed on the comparison resources, and a health cost attribute value is obtained; when the health cost attribute value is smaller than or equal to the health cost threshold of the software assembly, it is determined that the comparison resources and the software assembly are matched successfully; by analyzing the resource capability attributes and the health cost model, the resource health condition is considered as the resource dispatching basis, the resource scheduling method considers resource capability factors and health factors at the same time, and the system reliability and execution reconstruction success rate are improved.
