On the basis of constant weights, data of the insulators is combined, and variable weights of all factors are determined. Before indexes are adopted to conduct state evaluation, all the indexes are subjected to normalization, quantitative data is transformed according to corresponding formulas, a scoring system is adopted for qualitative data, the score ranks from zero to one, the distribution function which combines half trapezoid and triangle is adopted to determine the membership degree, and the influence of all index quality on the insulator state is synthesized by adopting a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
