The seedling planting method comprises the steps that 1, healthy Dendrobium officinale seedlings are selected for use; 2, peat soil, metasequoia bark, pine bran and pig manure are mixed to prepare domestication matrixes for use; 3, the Dendrobium officinale seedlings are placed into a diluted mancozeb aqueous solution andimmersed, then placed into a diluted rooting aqueous solution and immersed, taken out and dried out after immersing is completed; 4, the domestication matrixes are put into all holes of a hole tray,and all the holes are filled with the domestication matrixes, wherein it is guaranteed that the moisture content of a domestication matrix layer is 60-70%; 5, growth parameters of the Dendrobium officinale seedlings are controlled, wherein the cultivation temperature is kept within 24-26 DEG C, the air humidity is maintained at 60%, the illumination time is 6-10 hours, and after 30 days, the illumination time is increased to 12-16 hours; 6, black spot and insect attack of the Dendrobium officinale are prevented, and the Dendrobium officinale is sprayed with mixture of levorotary alpha-terpilenol, lime milk and surfactant.
