By the adoption of the water chilling unit and the starting control method and device of the water chilling unit, the problem thatdue to the fact the compressor is started when the water chilling unit is in a temperature difference treatment state, high-temperature protection of a frequency converter or a motor is caused is avoided, and it is ensured that the unit can be started normally under the condition that the temperature of chilled water is higher than the temperature of cooling water in high-temperature weather.
