The method comprises the steps of: employing a cluster analysis method and a P-median modelto perform analysis of demands of taxis in a region, and determining construction distribution sites of charging stations in the region; and employing a logit model to simulate probability behaviors of the taxis selecting the charging stations, employing a queuing theory model to calculate average queuing waiting time of each charging station, and determining one construction scale of each charging station according to the average queuing waiting time of each charging station. The charging station planning method based on the demands of electric taxis employs the P-median model to perform optimization addressing of the distribution sites of the charging stations and employs an M / G / c model, configured to more accurately reflect charging features of the taxis in the stations, in the queuingtheory to solve the charging station capacity configuration problem so as to determine a charging station optimization planning scheme, and therefore the method provided by the invention is effectiveand practical.
