The invention discloses a
transmission network planning progressive optimization method, which comprises the following steps: according to
load forecasting values of each time scale in the power
network data planning time period, schemes of different forms of power sources in the planning time period, and candidate power network elements and path schemes of the power network planning are planned;an evolutionary optimization model for
transmission network planning is built, which takes into account the
variable time interval operation and investment coordination in
multiple stages of power network development, the objective of the model is to minimize the sum of the
investment cost and the operation cost of the
transmission network in the planning cycle, and includes constraints; the constraint conditions in the optimization model are transformed into a mixed
integer linear programming model which is easy to solve, and the mixed integer
linear programming method is used to solve the optimization model, and the final
transmission network planning scheme is obtained. The method can be used in
transmission network planning and decision-making under the background of large-scale development of different forms of power generation, is conducive to promoting the coordination of power network planning and operation, and improves the accuracy of power network planning scheme.
