hydrogen transportation network planning and designing method and
system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining
hydrogen transportation node road
network data in a set region, and constructing a hydrogen
transportation planning scene; various costs of a compression link, a long
pipe trailer transportation link and a pure hydrogen pipeline transportation link of a whole hydrogen transportation process are evaluated, and life cycle leveling hydrogen transportation costs of a long
pipe trailer hydrogen transportation chain, a pure hydrogen pipeline hydrogen transportation chain, a combined long
pipe trailer and a pure hydrogen pipeline hydrogen transportation network are respectively obtained by combining the daily hydrogen transportation amount and the discount rate. Establishing a
hydrogen transport economy evaluation model; and on the basis of the hydrogen
transportation planning scene and the hydrogen transportation economy evaluation model, a double-layer collaborative optimization model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the full-life-cycle leveling cost of the hydrogen transportation network in the set area, and an optimal hydrogen transportation network planning scheme is solved based on the double-layer collaborative optimization model. The full-life-cycle leveling cost of the hydrogen
transmission system can be accurately evaluated, and hydrogen
transmission network planning can be carried out.
