The invention discloses an estimation method for an influence of future motor vehicle structure adjustment on a traffic emission source list. Based on a traffic yearbook, and according to actual motorvehicle population and driving mileage of a city, a driving ratio of light and heavy vehicles to motorcycles in the city is estimated; according to collected and sorted literatures and data, the Reidvapor pressures of fuel and the sulfur content of the fuel in various regions are adjusted; by utilizing an MICAPS meteorological database, meteorological fields (temperature, humidity, cloud cover,terrain height and the like) of an estimated region are obtained, related environment parameters required by a model are adjusted, and motor vehicle emission factors of various regions and motor vehicle emission factors in a scene of different substitutions of future electric vehicles are estimated by utilizing the MOBILE model; and finally according to the estimated emission factors, and in combination with the motor vehicle population and the average driving mileage of the city, the influence of the future motor vehicle structure adjustment on the traffic emission source list is estimated.
