An embodiment of the invention discloses a touch device which comprises an elastic material layer, a photosensitive layer and a touch layer which are sequentially arranged in the light incidence direction. A key area of the touch device is arranged in the touch layer, at least one deformation structure is arranged in the elastic material layer, and parts or all of deformation units in each deformation structure deform when a corresponding position of the touch layer is pressed, so that light irradiating the photosensitive layer is changed. The photosensitive layer changes along with electric signals at the corresponding pressed position when sensing light change. The touch device solves the problems of complicated structure and high cost of an existing capacitive touch keyboard process.
