Abstract

The invention discloses aluminum profile automatic wrapping equipment which comprises a covering layer supply device, a glue spraying device, a cutting device and a covering layer conveying device. The covering layer supply device is used for supplying a covering layer to an aluminum profile to be wrapped, the glue spraying device is used for spraying glue to a sticking face of the covering layer,the cutting device is used for intercepting the covering layer in preset length, the covering layer conveying device comprises supporting rollers arranged above and below and on one side of the aluminum profile to be wrapped and a driving device for driving the supporting rollers to rotate, and the covering layer sprayed with the glue and in the preset length is conveyed by the supporting rollersto be pasted above and below and on left and right sides of the aluminum profile to be wrapped. The covering layer can be sequentially wrapped on lower, right, upper and left faces of the aluminum profile to be wrapped by driving the supporting rollers to rotate through the driving device so as to realize automatic wrapping of the aluminum profile; compared with conventional manual wrapping, thealuminum profile automatic wrapping equipment can effectively improve wrapping efficiency and wrapping quality.
