A remote control device, a remote control method and a remote control system are provided, wherein the remote control device comprises: a speech receiving module for receiving a speech command sent bya user, wherein the speech command includes identity information of a controlled terminal and a function to be executed; a first wireless signal transceiving module for transmitting the speech command to a cloud server and receiving data sent by the cloud server, wherein the data are acquired by parsing the speech command through the cloud server and can bear information that is used to control the controlled terminal to execute the function to be executed; a first processing module for processing the data to obtain an infrared code that is used to control the controlled terminal to execute the function to be executed; and an infrared transceiving module for transmitting the infrared code to the controlled terminal, wherein the first processing module is in data connection with the speechreceiving module, the first wireless signal transceiving module and the infrared transceiving module.
