The method comprises the following steps: firstly classifying and layering data in the geoscience image by the data publisher, and establishing an access control strategy; then sequentially adding watermark information into the geoscience image by the data publisher, encrypting the geoscience image, and publishing the geoscience image on a website; requesting to access the geoscience image by the data accessing person; and decrypting the geoscience image according to information of the data accessing person and the watermark information, so that the data accessing person can select and view data, hidden in rights, of the geoscience image and close the geoscience image.
