Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the prior art, there is only high-temperature embossed embossed paper before it is converted to embossed embossed paper, which needs to be fired twice. First, the raised pattern is burned, and then the hand-painted or pasted embossed paper is burned. The operation cycle is long and the overall energy consumption is high.

Abstract

The invention provides a low-temperature water transfer printing method for embossed golden stained paper. The method comprises the following steps: (1) printing a plurality of layers of gold stampingbase ink on small film backing paper and drying; (2) performing gold stamping on stained paper on the small film backing paper prepared in the step (1); (3) printing matte isolating ink on the smallfilm backing paper after the step (2) is ended and drying; (4) printing a plurality of layers of gold stamping base ink on the small film backing paper after the step (3) is ended; (5) performing goldstamping based on the step (4) to obtain stained paper which has the embossment, bright matte and concave-convex effects; (6) printing a layer of isolating ink by means of silk-screen printing afterthe step (5) is ended; (7) printing a tearable film on the small film backing paper after the step (6) is ended and drying to obtain the embossed golden stained paper; and (8) after the step (7) is ended, performing water transfer separation on the embossed golden stained paper, adhering the embossed golden stained paper to a to-be-adhered object, tearing the tearable film and baking to obtain a stained paper finished product. The method provided by the invention replaces high-temperature stained paper (700-900 DEG C, 9-10 hours), saves energy, lowers the cost, is environmentally friendly andimproves the production efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for transferring embossed embossed embossed paper with low-temperature water, and belongs to the technical field of printing. technical background [0002] In the prior art, there is only high-temperature embossed embossed paper before it is converted to embossed embossed paper, which needs to be fired twice. First, the raised pattern is burned, and then the hand-painted or pasted embossed paper is burned. The operation cycle is long and the overall energy consumption is high. For this reason the present invention arises at the historic moment. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above technical problems, the inventor provides a method for low-temperature water transfer embossed gold, which includes the following steps: [0004] 1) Print multi-layer bronzing primer on the small film bottom paper by screen printing, and perform the first drying; [0005] 2) on the small film bottom paper that step 1) m...
