[0021] In 2017, we carried out semi-smooth tongue sole aquaculture production at Xingshenghai Freshwater Aquaculture Co., Ltd., Yangjiabo Town, Hangu, Tianjin, and regulated its body color. The aquaculture pond was transformed, and the bottom and wall of the pond were painted in color. The bottom of the pond was black, and the wall of the pond was black to light gray from bottom to top. The paint height of the pond wall was 1.2cm. An 80w incandescent lamp with a power of 80w is installed above the breeding pond, and the lamp is 1m away from the water surface. After half a year of comparative breeding experiments, the abnormal melanization rate of the eyeless side of the semi-smooth tongue sole in the modified culture pond was 45%, while in the unmodified control pond, the eyeless side melanization rate was as high as 82.7%. figure 1 Therefore, this method can reduce the melanization ratio of the eyeless side of tongue sole, which has important production significance.
