Abstract

The invention discloses a LIBS quantitative solution method based on MART multiplicative reconstruction. The method includes steps of: establishing a quasi-optical tomography matrix model which quantitatively solves multielement LIBS, and performing high-precision MART iterative algorithm, which satisfies maximum entropy optimization principle, with matrix column vector decomposition to obtain anincidence matrix F; and performing high-precision solution and analysis to every element in an unknown sample by means of computing of an actual measurement normalized spectrum intensity vector and the incidence matrix of the unknown sample. By using the quasi-optical tomography model in the multivariate analysis calibration for solution, influence of competitive emitting of different elements ina chemical matrix effect is solved. By means of the MART tomography iterative algorithm on the basis of the maximum entropy principle, the incidence matrix satisfying the maximum entropy principle isacquired. The method fully utilizes the inherent relationship between LIBS spectrum distribution and content of the sample, thus increasing the quantitative analysis precision of the LIBS.
