The method comprises the following steps: access network equipment can indicate terminal equipment to perform retransmission through a second channel resource when not detecting the datasent by the terminal equipment based on the GFT way; the terminal equipment can determine the second channel resource used in retransmission according to the first channel resource used as this timeafter acquiring a retransmission indication, and performs the retransmission through the second channel resource; the access network equipment obtains the data sent by the terminal equipment accordingto a signal received on the second channel resource. Through the method provided by the application, the utilization efficiency of the channel resource is improved without adding extra channel resource to transmit the check data packet in the premise of guaranteeing the data transmission efficiency of the terminal equipment.
