The hydraulic oil output from the hydraulic pump is connected to the interiors of two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder through two parallel passages. The ball valves are arranged on the two parallel passages. A one-way valve and the first three-way valve are further connected between one ball valve and one cavity of the hydraulic cylinder in series. A one-way valve and the second three-way valve are connected between the other ball valve and the other cavity of the hydraulic cylinder in series.
