Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing the curing temperature curve of continuous reinforcement concrete pavement. The method comprises the following steps: distributing temperature sensors at aposition close to the top, at a position close to the bottom and the middle part of a pavement board by means of a low-conductivity material before pavement of the continuous reinforcement concrete pavement; preparing a test piece required by a cement concrete condensing time test from a surrounding concrete material when concrete is cast to positions at which the temperature sensors are distributed, embedding the temperature sensors in the middle and at a position close to the surface of the test piece, and continuously acquiring temperature data of different depths in the pavement board andthe test piece when the pavement at the positions of the temperature sensors is finished and the test piece is prepared; monitoring the temperature data of the test piece, determining the final condensing time and corresponding maturity at the same time; determining final condensing moments and corresponding temperatures of the pavement board at different depths according to the principle of equal maturity to obtain a curing temperature curve of the pavement board. By adopting the method, only the temperature sensors need to be arranged. The testing method is simple, is high in operability and is wide in application range.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of road engineering, and more specifically relates to a cement concrete pavement behavior monitoring technology, and more specifically relates to a method for testing the curing temperature curve of a continuously reinforced concrete pavement. Background technique [0002] The internal expansion and contraction and warpage stress of pavement slabs caused by temperature changes are the main components of environmental loads. Due to its continuous longitudinal reinforcement and the lack of any form of transverse joints except for transverse construction joints, the continuous reinforced concrete pavement is more constrained when the temperature changes than the ordinary jointed concrete pavement, so The temperature stress (expansion-shrinkage and warpage stress) in the continuously reinforced concrete pavement slab is more sensitive to the temperature change in the slab. The quantitative analysis of the temperature str...
