Abstract

The invention relates to a hydraulic control device for agricultural machinery. The hydraulic control device for agricultural machinery is characterized by comprising a valve block, a first channel, asecond channel, a pilot operated check valve, a third channel and an overflow valve, wherein an oil inlet, an oil return port, a first working oil port and a second working oil port are formed in thevalve block; a reversing valve element is arranged in the first channel, a master control cavity is formed in one side of the reversing valve element, and a slave control cavity is formed in the first channel on the other side; the second channel communicates to the oil return port and the slave control cavity; the pilot operated check valve is arranged in the second channel for disconnecting thesecond channel normally; the third channel communicates to the second working oil port and a control port of the pilot operated check valve; and the overflow valve is arranged on the third channel for disc connecting the third channel normally, the first port o the overflow valve communicates to the second working oil port, the second port of the overflow valve communicates to the control port, when the pressure of the second working oil port reaches a certain value, the overflow valve is opened, and oil flows into the control port from the second working oil port to control the pilot operated check valve to be opened. The invention provides the hydraulic control device for agricultural machinery simple and reasonable in structure and low in cost and capable of controlling a turnover plowto overturn automatically.
