According to one specific embodiments of the invention, the method comprises the steps: responding to receive a radar echo chart sequence, carrying out the pre-screening operation of the radar echo chart sequence, and determining the radar echo chart sequence after pre-screening operation as a first radar echo chart sequence; inputting the first radar echo chart sequence into a pre-trained radar echo prediction model to obtain a first prediction result, wherein the first prediction result comprises aradar echo chart sequence in a set time period in future, and the radar echo prediction model employs an end-to-end neural network structure. According to the embodiment of the invention, the methodand system can improve the accuracy of the predicted radar echo chart sequence through the radar echo prediction model employing the end-to-end neural network structure.
