Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, there are limited methods available for diagnosing tuberculosis, and at the same time, there is a lack of rapid and sensitive laboratory techniques, making it difficult to screen out latent infection cases and early cases of tuberculosis in time, and it is also difficult to conduct differential diagnosis of tuberculosis in time, resulting in missed diagnosis of tuberculosis patients, prolonged diagnosis time or Misdiagnosis brings difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of various stages of tuberculosis
The main problems in the field of tuberculosis diagnosis are the low specificity and long time of diagnostic methods, and there is an urgent need for rapid technologies and methods for tuberculosis diagnosis
Many of the existing diagnostic methods can only be used as diagnostic reference indicators, so that most tuberculosis patients cannot obtain early diagnosis, and the existing diagnostic methods cannot meet the needs of tuberculosis prevention and control. Tuberculosis diagnostic methods and techniques
Bacteriology is the gold standard for diagnosing tuberculosis. However, Mycobacterium tuberculosis grows extremely slowly. It takes about two months for culture identification, and the positive rate depends on the number of bacteria in the collected specimens. The detection sensitivity is low, which is not conducive to the diagnosis of tuberculosis. with treatment

Embodiment 1

[0035] Example 1. Experimental study on protein-protein interaction based on the MTB Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome chip. Tuberculosis protein interacting with human protein NRF1

[0036] MTB Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome chip: product of Guangzhou Bochong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the article number is TB-10001-102987.

[0037] The MTB Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome chip contains 4262 Mycobacterium tuberculosis recombinant proteins, and is currently the world's first Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome chip. The chip is suitable for global research on protein-protein interaction, protein-nucleic acid interaction, protein-small molecule interaction and protein post-translational modification, and is also suitable for systematically discovering autoantibodies in serum for diagnosis or other characterization research on markers.

Abstract

The invention discloses tuberculosis proteins interacting with a human protein NRF1 and applications of the tuberculosis proteins. The invention provides an application of the human protein NRF1 in any one of the following processes of (A1) diagnosing tuberculosis; and (A2) preparing products for the diagnosing the tuberculosis. Screening and identification are carried out by using an MTB mycobacterium tuberculosis proteome chip-based protein-protein interaction experiment to obtain the tuberculosis proteins Rv2239c, Rv0577 and Rv2499c interacting with the human protein NRF1. The tuberculosisproteins can be used for diagnosing the tuberculosis or adjusting the activity of the human protein NRF1.
