By operating the refrigeration mode in an initial heating starting stage, liquid refrigerants of an outdoor heat exchanger and a compressor are transferred to an indoor unit, and the liquid refrigerants are evaporated and returned to the compressor through an indoor heat exchanger; compared with an existing method of evaporating the liquid refrigerants through more heat generated by the compressor, the high and low voltage of a system can be rapidly established, and the reliability of the system is improved; compared with the mode that theliquid refrigerants are evaporated through electric heating, the liquid refrigerants can be sufficiently evaporated, and the reliability of the system is effectively improved.
