Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for determining HARQ timing in a communication system supporting carrier aggregation (CA). The method is used for receiving HARQ feedbacks from UE in BS ina communication system supporting Pcell and the CA of at least one Scell. The Pcell and each Scell support FDD or TDD. The method comprises steps of transmitting a downlink physical channel through one of the Pcell and the Scells; based on first timing which is predetermined for the Pcell, receiving HARQ feedbacks corresponding to the downlink physical channel of the Pcell; and based on second timining, receiving HARQ feedbacks corresponding to the downlink physical channel of each Scell, wherein the second timing is determined according to the duplex modes of the Pcell and the Scells, a dispatching mode of the Scell, and one or more predefined rules.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the No. 201380074663.1 invention patent application submitted on March 28, 2013. technical field [0002] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to wireless communication systems, and more particularly to methods, apparatuses, base stations, user equipment and computers for determining hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing in a communication system supporting carrier aggregation (CA) program. Background technique [0003] This section introduces various aspects that may facilitate a better understanding of the invention. Accordingly, the statements in this section are to be read in that light and should not be construed as an admission as to what is or is not prior art. [0004] The Long Term Evolution (LTE) and LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) standards and / or protocols defined by the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP, 3GPP2) are one of the next generation cellular communication standards. Accordin...
