The method comprises the following steps that: a base station broadcasts system information to a terminal, wherein the system information carries the multi-carrier information of the aggregatable carrier of the LTE system; the base station receives information which is from the terminal and applies for business requiring the support of a carrier aggregation technique; and the base station provides the business requiring the support of the carrier aggregation technique for the terminal according to the applying information. In the invention, through expanding a system information block and carrying the multi-carrier information of the aggregatable carrier in the expanded system information block, an LTE-A (Long Term Evolution-Advanced) terminal acquires whether the base station supports the carrier aggregation technique or not after acquiring the system information; when the base station supports the carrier aggregation technique, the business requiring the support of the carrier aggregation technique is applied to the base station, and thereby, larger used bandwidth and higher peek rate are obtained; and thus, the LTE-A terminal has better use feeling.

The invention discloses a multi-carrier communicating method and device for a TDD mode MIMO wireless communicating system. The wireless communicating system comprises multiple channels of baseband signals, and each channel of baseband signals comprises two spatial-flow signals. The method uses a multi-carrier technique of frequency conversion, filtering, different-carrier antenna separation and identical-carrier transceiving antenna separation. An emitter can respectively convert each channel of two spatial-flow baseband signals into two spatial-flow single-carrier microwave frequency band signals through twice up frequency conversion and then combines the two spatial-flow single-carrier microwave frequency band signals into a single-channel orthogonal-polarized double-spatial-flow microwave frequency band signal which is sent by an emitting antenna. A receiver can filter signals received by all receiving antennas and then separate the signals into two spatial-flow single-carrier microwave frequency band signals through OMT, and the two spatial-flow single-carrier microwave frequency band signals are converted into baseband signals through twice down frequency conversion. The invention further provides a communicating device using the method. Compared with the prior art, the multi-carrier communicating method and device can effectively utilize rich frequency spectrum resources of millimeter waves to multiply improve the data transmitting throughput capacity of the wireless communicating system.
