Abstract

The invention discloses an assessment method for the leakage detecting effect of a leakage point. The assessment method comprises the following steps of: collecting dim leakage point information, andpre-processing the collected dim leakage point information; determining a leakage point growth function; determining dim leakage points and background leakage points according to the leakage point growth function; calculating number of dim leakage points and background leakage points in different leakage detecting periods; calculating a leakage detecting coefficient which is equal to number of dimleakage points / sum of number of the dim leakage points and number of the background leakage points, and calculating an average leakage detecting coefficient P of a historical leakage detecting period; assessing the leakage detecting effect of different leakage detecting periods; indicating that the leakage detecting working effect is good if the leakage detecting coefficient in the this-time leakage detecting period is higher than P; and indicating that the leakage detecting working effect is poor if the leakage detecting coefficient is lower than P. The method disclosed by the invention further comprises calculating a leakage point distribution condition in different areas, assessing the leakage detecting effect of different areas, predicating the number of leakage points which possiblyexist in next leakage detecting period, and making a leakage detecting working plan.
