Abstract

The invention discloses a process parameter optimization method based on die forging die wear, belonging to the die forging process field, in particular to a process parameter optimization method combining finite element simulation of die forging process and orthogonal test design. This method takes die forging process as an example, on the basis of Archard wear model, deduces the correction modelsuitable for die forging die wear, and carries on the finite element simulation analysis of die forging die wear process based on Deform software. The relationship between the wear depth of die working surface and die forging process parameters is studied. Different process parameters are combined and analyzed by orthogonal experiment design. The optimum process parameters for die forging are obtained by fewer times of simulation experiments. By using the range analysis method to process the experimental data, the process parameters which have the greatest influence on die wear are deduced, and the optimization method based on the direction of process parameters is provided for die wear problem in die forging process.
