Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-agent-based simulation method of information propagation and public opinion evolution. The method comprises: selecting a scale-free network as a medium for simulation;constructing a propagation will negative index model of a netizen individual; defining an interaction rule between netizen attributes and netizen groups and constructing a netizen's continuous viewpoint evolution model based on the interaction rule; and combining information propagation and netizen public opinion viewpoint evolution processes, simulating information propagation and viewpoint evolution, and operating the model till preset time is reached. According to the invention, with introduction of the information propagation, the interaction rule of netizens, and the diversified attributedefinition, the rule of simultaneous propagation of the public opinion and the information in a true society is reflected well. The differences among netizens are reflected; and the rules of information dissemination and public opinion evolution are discovered.
