The research method comprises: collecting normal fruits at the middle-upper parts of fruiting branches outside a plant crown along four directions every one month in 90 days after a flowering period of a navel orange tree, collecting healthy leaves at the middles of the middle-upper novel tips outside a plant crown along four directions, measuring transverse diameters, longitudinal diameters and unit fruit weight of the fruits, chopping and mixing the fruits, freezing a part of the fruits in liquid nitrogen, storing the fruits in an ultra-low temperature refrigerator, measuring the total sugar, sucrose, reducing sugar, total acid and citric acid content of the chopped fruits, removing main leaf veins of the healthy leaves, drying, crushing and screening the leaves and the other part of the fruits, putting the powder into a sealing bag, measuring the contents of macroelements, trace elements, heavy metal elements and light rare earth elements in fruits, collecting soil below the plant crown and in the root zone, carrying out airing, grinding and screening on the soil, storing the soil through a sealing bag, measuring the contents of macroelements, trace elements, heavy metal elements and light rare earth elements in soil, recording data, and analyzing the relationship between sugar and acid of the fruit and soil elements.
