According to the soil fertilizer application device disclosed by the invention, fertilizer can be scattered and mixed through a stirring rod; due to vibration produced by working of a gasoline engine, blocking of a filter screen plate can be effectively avoided, so that the fertilizer can be mixed more uniformly; meanwhile, the discharging stability of the fertilizer application device is improved; the fertilizer filled with the lower closure head can be uniformly distributed into two distribution bins through a division impeller; and by adjusting the power of the gasoline engine, the application amount of the soil fertilizer can be controlled, so that accurate fertilizer application is achieved, and the fertilizer application efficiency is improved.
