Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that steelmaking raw materials are added in an EAF firstly, the carbon powder and aluminum powder mixture is sprayed, the steelmaking raw materials are melted into molten steel, then, a slag forming agent and a reducing agent are added, after the temperature of the molten steel reaches 1,580-1,620 DEG C, tapping is conducted, the molten steel is mixed into an AOD furnace, the temperature of the molten steel is controlled to range from 1,520 DEG C to 1,720 DEG C, the slag basicity R is equal to 1.8-2.0, oxygen is blown in, and when the carbon content is reduced to 0.7% or below, argon is mixed in blowing gas till the carbon content is reduced to 0.1% or below, then, pure argon blowing is adopted through changing, decarburization continues, the steel grade requirement is met, and then, the slag forming agent, an alloy and an aluminum ingot are added; and finally, the bottom ofa steel ladle is inflated with the argon, an AOD furnace body is rotated for tapping.
