Abstract

The invention provides a method for rescuing an early maturing flat peach embryo and belongs to the technical field of embryo rescuing. The method comprises the following steps: 1) after hybridizing an early maturing flat peach mother plant in a rain-sheltering facility, carrying out mother plant management; 2) spraying a 150 to 250 time solution of paclobutrazol within 40d after a red flower budforming period and a flowering period; 3) carrying out fruit thinning at a fruit core-hardening stage; 4) harvesting 4 to 8d before fruits become mature and obtaining in-vitro fruits; 5) separating the flat peach embryos from the in-vitro fruits in step 4) and inoculating the flat peach embryos into a WPM culture medium; culturing at 2 to 6 DEG C for 70 to 90d to obtain inoculated embryos; and 6)culturing the inoculated embryos under a light illumination condition of 18 to 25 DEG C and transplanting. The method provided by the invention has relatively high germination rate, seedling emergencyrate and transplanting survival rate.
