The system comprises a CTC decoding module and an online learning module, wherein the CTC decoding module is configured to extract features of each CTC symbol in a CTC packet according to a Text-CNN decoding model to obtain decoded data; and the online learning module is configured to update theText-CNN decoding model online according to the decoded data, so that the Text-CNN decoding model adapts to the dynamic channel environment.
