The positioning system is used for acquiring positioning information of a terminal accessing the cloud server; and the account module is provided with a platform account module, a merchant account module and a consumer account module. According to the invention, consumers are attracted to become members in a manner that platform merchants give discounts to the consumers, and transaction schemes fair relative to the consumers and the merchants are formulated so as to achieve the purpose of guaranteeing rights and interests of the consumers and the merchants.
