The fixing flange, the straight pipe, the connector, the plasma generator andthe device head are tightly connected through inner threads and outer threads. The fixing flange is provided with a gas nozzle; if air is introduced into the gas nozzle, the outlet jet flow length andtemperature of the plasma generator are controlled through air flow, and ignition is finished; if the gas with the low heating value is introduced into the gas nozzle, the device not only is used forignition, but also is used for stabilizing burning of the gas with the low heating value; and the device head does not corrode the outer wall of the device when the plasma generator discharges and isused for protecting the plasma generator.
