Problems solved by technology

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is mainly to solve the problem of low smoothness and transparency of the aortic root experimental model cast by PDMS due to defects such as drawing and delamination of the aortic root male mold printed by fused deposition modeling technology, and to innovate a new method. Highly smooth and transparent aortic root preparation method, and applied to the PIV experimental study of aortic valve hemodynamics

Embodiment Construction

[0043] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0044] Such as figure 1 As shown, the technical solution adopted in the present invention is a method for preparing a highly smooth and transparent aortic root based on the plasma corona method, the method comprising: S1, 3D printing the aortic root based on CT image data; S2, on the aortic root Pretreatment of the end male mold; S3, one-time PDMS pouring; S4, plasma corona treatment; S5, second PDMS pouring; S6, water bath dissolution of the male mold of the aortic root; S7, preparation of the PDMS model at the lower end of the aortic root; S8, bonding the main Arterial root PDMS model.

[0045] 3D printing of the aortic root based on CT image data requires: the medical image data of the aortic root is in DICOM format, the threshold range of image segmentation is 260-2000, and the material of fused deposition modeling technology is water-soluble mat...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a highly-smooth and transparent aortic root based on a plasma corona method, and belongs to the field of the preparation of cardiovascular models. According to the invention, ethyl alcohol water solution smoothing treatment is performed on the aortic root and the aortic root is covered with a first layer of PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane), so that defects, such as wire drawing and layering, existing in the model are corrected; through utilizing plasma corona treatment, the wettability of the first layer of PDMS is modified from hydrophobic oleophylicto hydrophilic oleophobic, and a second layer of PDMS with secondary pouring performed is enabled to be not dissolved in the first layer of PDMS; and after an aortic root male die is dissolved in a water bath, the first layer of PDMS is removed to obtain a highly-smooth and transparent aortic root PDMS model formed by the second layer of PDMS. An aortic valve model prepared by the invention can beapplied to PIV experiment research of aortic valve haemodynamics, and can also be used as a medical teaching model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a highly smooth and transparent aortic root, which belongs to the technical field of cardiovascular models. Background technique [0002] Heart valve disease is one of the cardiovascular diseases with a high incidence in my country, and about 200,000 people undergo aortic valve replacement every year. The aortic valve is located between the left ventricle and the ascending aorta, which has a large pressure load, and is prone to heart valve diseases such as aortic stenosis and regurgitation. Aortic valve disease will lead to changes in the blood flow in the aortic root and the stress on the valve leaflets. [0003] Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is an advanced technology for studying blood flow in the aortic root after aortic valve disease. This technology uses a laser light source to excite tracer particles uniformly dispersed in the flowing fluid in the aortic root , use electronic coupler (Charge Co...
