Abstract

The invention discloses a system recovery method of a smart television. Recovery of a main system is completed based on a mobile terminal of a user and a remote server of a smart television. The method specifically comprises the steps of: S1, starting a pre-configured recovery sub-system, wherein the recovery sub-system has UI and a wireless communication environment; S2, performing wireless connection with the mobile terminal, and sending a recovery request and equipment information to the server through the mobile terminal; S3, receiving the recovery request and the equipment information bythe server, detecting whether a corresponding main system recovery packet is deployed or not, and if so, sending and storing in the mobile terminal; and S4, detecting whether the mobile terminal has the main system recovery packet or not, if so, automatically obtaining the main system recovery packet, and updating the main system, so that recovery is completed. When the system is abnormal, a recovery system is started; furthermore, the system recovery packet is obtained from a cloud side; and the system is recovered and updated.
