The matrix resin of the biodegradable film refers to LDPE resins and LLDPE resins according to a mass ratio of 3:1; 30% of a composite modified polyolefin degradation master batch is added into the matrix resin; the composite modified polyolefin degradation master batch comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of superfine composite modified inorganic powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of a compound degradation promoter, 25-35 parts of LDPE resin and 2.5-5 parts of low-molecular polyethylene.According to the addition of the composite modified polyolefin degradation master batch, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the plastic film are improved, the longitudinal tensile strength can reach 21-24 MPa, and the lateral tensile strength can reach 23-25 MPa; the longitudinal elongation at break can reach 665-680% and the transverse elongation at break can reach 875-885%; moreover, the plastic film has excellent biodegradability, the retention rate of the longitudinal elongation at break of film fragments after degradation is less than or equal to 5.5%, and the retention rateof the transverse elongation at break is less than or equal to 5.5%. The biodegradable plastic film can be applied to outer surface protection of various products in a plurality of fields.

The diaphragm produced by the method has good basic performance namely good pore uniformity, which is also the most important qualified index for the diaphragm; and the small equipment investment of the method is only 1 / 7 of that for other principles or manufacturing method under the same yield, so that the production cost is low; and the diaphragm is superb for application to a power battery, and can greatly reduce the cost of the battery and improve the safety of the battery.
