Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly measuring the total phosphorus of white wine industrial wastewater (bottom pot water). According to the method, visual colorimetry is adopted; after a bottom pot water sample is diluted, a reaction reagent is added to the diluted bottom pot water sample; the color development of the diluted bottom pot water sample is compared with a colorimetric plate with known total phosphorus concentration gradients, and therefore, the concentration of the diluted bottom pot water sample can be judged; the concentration of the diluted bottom pot water sample is multiplied by a dilution factor, so that the concentration of orthophosphate can be obtained; and the concentration of total phosphorus is inferred based on the concentration of the orthophosphate. With the method adopted, the total phosphorus of the white wine industrial wastewater (bottom pot water) can be quickly and quantitatively determined, working efficiency is improved, timely and effectivetechnical support can be provided for production process adjustment, the standard discharge of the total phosphorus concentration of externally discharged water is ensured, resources can be saved, and the environment can be protected.
