User-defined serial port data protocols in different formats, such as a fixed-length fixed-sequence format, a fixed-lengths variable-sequence format, a variable-length fixed-sequence format, a fixed length array and an unfixed-length array, are analyzed; inputting the protocol configuration information into a relational database and synchronizing the protocol configuration information to a cache database; and the analysis module analyzes the serial port data uploaded by the equipment through the protocol configuration information in the cache database, uniformly converts the serial port data into data in a JSON format and uploads the data to the platform for processing, so that the development and maintenance cost of accessing the serial port equipment into the cloud platform is reduced, and the access speed is increased.
