The invention discloses a prehospital cooperative first-aid service method, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of receiving asking-for-help information of an asking-for-helpterminal for generating a secondary asking-for-help signal, and matching all nearby helping terminals with first-aid equipment storage points; broadcasting the secondary asking-for-help signal to allnearby helping terminals, and defaulting the helping terminal which performs helping as a first helping terminal, and simultaneously planning an asking-for-help route to the first helping terminal; connecting the first asking-for-help terminal with a medical terminal for performing remote video calling, when the medical terminal judges requirement of first-aid terminal, generating an assistance signal and broadcasting to all nearby helping terminals, and defaulting the helping terminal which performs assistance as a second helping terminal; and furthermore planning an assistance route for performing feedback to the second helping terminal. The prehospital cooperative first-aid service method, the device and the storage terminal have advantages of efficiently scheduling a prehospital first-aid resource, guiding participants to execute effective first-aid measures, and reducing casualty rate and death rate of hospital early-period patients.
