Abstract

The rapid sorting digital display calipers comprise a digital display assembly, a rear cover, a movable measuring lever and a fixed measuring lever; a primary grid is mounted at one end of the movable measuring lever; grids which are uniformly arranged along the circumference are arranged on the primary grid; the primary grid is rotatably connected with the rear cover; a secondary grid is mounted at one end of the fixed measuring lever and fixed on the rear cover; the secondary grid is in rotatably and communicably connected withthe primary grid; the digital display assembly is communicably connected with the secondary grid and connected with the rear cover; and the primary grid and the secondary grid are arranged between thedigital display assembly and the rear cover. According to the rapid sorting digital display calipers, the angle displacement data of circular motion of the movable measuring lever relative to the fixed measuring lever is converted into linear displacement data by utilizing the principle of trigonometric functions, a database is compared, and inspection results according with the requirements aredisplayed on a display screen via the standard parameters of a standard member, so that the problems of large in staff workload and low efficiency in the sorting process is solved.
