The method comprises the following steps of S1, selecting an address for a power distribution station: selecting the address which is close to a load center and adopting a building coordinate system; S2, constructing the power distribution station: constructing a transformer room and a low voltage distribution room, wherein the building area of the power distribution station is above 45m<2>; S3, installing a 0.4kv switch cabinet, a low voltage main circuit break cabinet, a low voltage outgoing line cabinet and a reactive compensation capacitor cabinet in the 0.4kv low voltage distribution room; and S4, installing a 10kV high voltage load switch on a transformer indoor wall surface. In the invention, through unifying the specifications of a low voltage distribution device, a transformer, the high voltage load switch, a fuse and a grounding device, an electrical device can be ordered in advancewhen a 10kv transformer and power distribution station is constructed so that an on-site construction period and a staff workload are reduced; and through the modes of self-flowing organized drainage,chemical fire extinguishing, axial flow fan setting and the like, the existing problems of drainage, fire protection, ventilation, environmental protection and the like in the power distribution station are effectively improved.
