Abstract

The invention discloses a gas concentration inversion method and system based on multiple harmonic joint analysis. The method comprises steps of determining best modulation level of a sinusoidal modulation signal corresponding to each harmonic joint manner; separately collecting even harmonic component of target gas in each harmonic joint manner under set target concentration, acquiring harmonic joint peak of each harmonic joint manner and repeating for K times, and calculating harmonic joint target peak by using a maximum of harmonic joint peaks after K times; regulating target concentrationof target gas, and repeating the steps till harmonic joint target peak of the target gas in each preset target concentration is acquired; fitting the harmonic joint target peak and the target concentration of the target gas so as to obtain a target gas concentration inversion formula; and calculating to-be-tested concentration of the target gas by using the target gas concentration inversion formula. The method excavates concentration information included in other even harmonic components, thereby further increasing signal to noise ratio of the concentration inversion criterion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of spectral technology analysis, and in particular relates to a gas concentration inversion method and system based on multiple harmonic joint analysis. Background technique [0002] Tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology utilizes the wavelength scanning and current tuning characteristics of laser diodes, and controls the wavelength of the output laser by changing the driving current, so as to realize the scanning of gas absorption lines and analyze the absorption lines to obtain Gas parameter information, use the harmonic peak after demodulation of the absorption line to invert the gas concentration. Nowadays, TDLAS-based wavelength modulation spectroscopy (TDLAS-WMS) has become the most commonly used detection method. It improves the traditional method of retrieving gas concentration by using the characteristics of the absorption line itself (such as the peak value) by intro...
