Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic scalpel with enhanced hemostatic ability. The ultrasonic scalpel with enhanced hemostatic ability sequentially comprises, from near to far, a longitudinal-torsional compound vibration ultrasound transducer, an ultrasonic horn and an ultrasonic blade; and the ultrasonic scalpel further comprises an instrument box arranged with a transmission system in the bottom case. The longitudinal-torsional compound vibration ultrasound transducer comprises plural pieces of thickly polarized piezoelectric ceramics located between a front end cap and a middle end cap, and plural pieces of tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramics located between the middle end cap and a rear end cap; the thickly polarized piezoelectric ceramics are used for generating longitudinal vibration; and the tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramics are used for generating torsional vibration. The ultrasonic scalpel with enhanced hemostatic ability has the advantage of being capable of yielding faster hemostatic results due to adoption of torsional vibration perpendicular to tissue surface generated by a torsional vibration mode during coagulation of a blood vessel; and thus, the ultrasonic scalpel can be used for coagulating thicker blood vessels. Moreover, the ultrasonic scalpel with enhanced hemostatic ability can very well coagulating blood vessels with traction tension so as to reduce operation risk and difficulty of doctors' operation; and the ultrasonic scalpel can be used in surgical robot systems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of surgical instruments, in particular to an ultrasonic scalpel with enhanced hemostasis capability. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the commercialized ultrasonic scalpels adopt the longitudinal vibration working mode. The ultrasonic scalpel has a large mechanical amplitude and a strong tip cavitation effect, and can quickly remove and damage the lesion tissue when cutting tissues with no blood vessels or few blood vessels, such as fat. . However, the cutting ability and hemostatic ability of the ultrasonic knife are contradictory. When closing the blood vessel, in order to avoid the blood vessel being cut off by mistake before it is completely coagulated, it is often necessary to reduce the input power of the ultrasonic knife so that it has a smaller Mechanical amplitude, which relatively increases hemostasis by reducing cutting power. [0003] At present, the commonly used ultrasonic sc...
