The clinical first-aid hemostatic material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 70-80 parts of a cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer, 5-10 parts of N-(3-triethoxysilyl propyl) glucosamide modified carbon sponge and 1-5 parts of chitosan modified hairyvein agrimony powder. The preparation method of the cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer comprises the following steps of dissolving vitamin K2, L-vinyl glycine, allyl cyclodextrin, allyl diethylene glycol dicarbonate, polyethyleneglycol monoallyl ether and an initiator in a high-boiling-point solvent, and carrying out a stirring reaction for 3-5 h in a nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere; and then precipitating in ethanol, washing with acetone for 3-5 times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at the temperature of 80-85 DEG C for 10-15 hours to obtain the cyclodextrin-based polyvinyl glycine copolymer. The hemostatic materialdisclosed by the invention is more remarkable in hemostatic effect, shorter in hemostatic time, more economical and better in use safety.
