Problems solved by technology

After the doctor sees the alarm prompt of asynchronous breathing or the abnormal activity of the patient's discomfort, the usual practice is to inject the patient with a sedative. Although this method will reduce the patient's discomfort, it may delay the weaning time

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The present invention will be further described in detail below through specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0042] In the embodiment of the present invention, the man-machine synchronization state information is calculated according to the acquired ventilation parameters of the ventilation system and the patient's respiratory trigger information, and the man-machine synchronization state information is displayed. The man-machine synchronization state information is used to represent the man-machine Degree of out-of-sync.

[0043] The embodiment of the present invention provides a ventilation system, please refer to figure 1 , figure 1 A schematic structural view of the ventilation system in an embodiment is shown, as figure 1 As shown, the ventilation system includes an airflow providing device 1, a breathing circuit 2, a patient interface 3, a ventilation detection device 4, a patient detection device 5, a data processing device 6 an...

Abstract

The invention discloses a ventilation system and a respiration synchronous monitoring method and device. The ventilation system comprises an airflow providing device (1) for generating ventilation airflow; a breathing line (2); a patient interface (3) in communication with the airflow providing device (1) via the breathing line (2) to deliver a flow of ventilation airflow to an airway of a patient; a ventilation detection device (4) arranged on the breathing line (2) or the patient interface (3) and used for detecting ventilation parameters; a patient detection device (5) for detecting respiratory trigger information of the patient; a data processing device (6) used for acquiring ventilation parameters and respiration trigger information and calculating man-machine synchronization state information according to the ventilation parameters and the respiration trigger information; and a man-machine interaction device (7) that comprises a display for displaying the man-machine synchronization state information output by the data processing device (6). The man-machine synchronization state information is used for representing the degree of man-machine asynchronization, and by visually displaying the man-machine synchronization state information, medical staff can judge whether ventilation setting is reasonable or not and evaluate the illness state of the patient according to the man-machine synchronization state information so as to select appropriate intervention measures to reduce or eliminate man-machine confrontation and enable the patient to feel comfortable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a ventilation system and a breathing synchronization monitoring method and device. Background technique [0002] Under normal circumstances, the respiration process of an organism includes an inspiratory phase of inhaling air or oxygen and an exhalation phase of exhaling air or carbon dioxide, and an adjacent inspiratory phase and an exhalation phase become a respiratory cycle. In clinical medicine, when an organism has a breathing disorder, a ventilator is usually provided to support or assist the organism (such as a patient or other patients) in breathing. [0003] The ventilator assumes full responsibility for ventilating the patient when there is no spontaneous effort by the patient to breathe. In this case, the ventilator establishes the inspiratory phase and exhalation phase for the patient according to the inspiratory trigger point and inspiratory end point set by itself, delivers air ...
