Abstract

An animal experimental method of nerve stimulation to inhibit atrial fibrillation comprises the steps: step 1, measuring and recording the effective refractory period, the atrial fibrillation induction window and the atrial fibrillation induction threshold of six measurement points in an atrium of an experimental dog at a baseline; step 2, using an induced atrial fibrillation stimulator; step 3, repeating the step 2, measuring and recording one hour later after rapid atrial pace-making; step 4, inserting two sterile acupuncture needles into a radial nerve trunk, forming a stimulation circuit, connecting electric stimulation ends at the ends, and carrying out low-intensity electric stimulation of the radial nerve trunk at the right side with the intensity 30% of the threshold intensity of the radial nerve trunk; and step 5, carrying out low-intensity electric stimulation of the radial nerve trunk at the right side with the intensity 50% of the threshold intensity of the radial nerve trunk. Through the study of dog atrial fibrillation, the parameters of the wireless portable nerve stimulator, such as the stimulation threshold, stimulation frequency, stimulation duration and optimal peripheral nerve stimulation site for effective suppression of the atrial fibrillation, are determined, and the product design and function development of the wireless portable nerve stimulator are optimized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an animal experiment method, in particular to an animal experiment method for nerve stimulation to suppress atrial fibrillation. Background technique [0002] Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias in cardiovascular diseases. The incidence of atrial fibrillation is high, and the prevalence rate increases significantly with age. The current drug treatment is not effective, and its mechanism is not particularly clear . Atrial fibrillation may be the result of a combination of mechanisms. In 1947, Scherf et al. used aconitine to induce atrial fibrillation after local injection of the atrial appendage in dogs. After clamping the root of the atrial appendage with clamps, the electrical conduction between the atrial appendage and the atrium was blocked. The atrial appendage still maintained atrial fibrillation, but other parts of the atrium Maintain sinus rhythm. In 1950, Scherf et al. further researched an...
